Inez Gregory Advisor
Inez is a Savannah native who grew up as a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Ascension on Wright Square. Growing up amidst the incredible history of Ascension, she gained a thirst for the historic structures in Savannah. Before she had her epiphany to help others find their piece of Savannah to call their own by becoming a Realtor, Inez found herself in another historic landmark, the Juliette Gordon Low house, giving tours, highlighting magnificent portraits and showcasing the intricate designs of the wrought iron gate while earning her Associate of Science Degree in Medical Assisting from South University, graduating summa cum laude. After nearly twenty years as a medical assistant, she wrote The Medical Assistant's Survival Guide which offers advice for success in the field, as she proceeded to her new calling in Real Estate.
Prior to fully delving into the wonderful world of Real Estate, Inez took a course in real estate investing, realized Real Estate was a passion for her and subsequently obtained her Real Estate license. Even Hurricane Matthew couldn’t dissuade Inez from her goal, as she studied for her classes with battery powered lights when Hurricane Matthew had taken the electricity out for an extended period of time!
Inez joined Engel and Völkers because she saw it as the best avenue to offering her future clients the best Savannah Real Estate has to offer and also the opportunity to work with potentially international clientele. Inez fully believes in the concierge service Engel & Völkers advisors pride themselves on.
What sets Inez apart from the other advisors? She is a writer and, as such, is a keen observer and very intuitive. It helps her to fiercely negotiate on her clients’ behalf to get the best outcome possible for them. Inez would love to write the story of your joy and she helps you to buy or sell your home.
Inez is married to Pastor Elijah Gregory. Her daughter and son-in-law, Diana and Cordell, are also in Savannah with her grandchildren, Xavier and Della who are the apples of her eye.
